I have shared a folder with all my training plans, details of my completed training sessions and Strength & Conditioning plans.

You are more than welcome to view my training plans set for me by Richard Coates of Full Potential, however please remember that these plans have been personally tailored for me, having spent time talking through my training, my fitness, my height, weight and my personal time.  I have also been assessed by a Physio.  These plans have also been revised due to illness, injury and progression.

Always seek medical advice and professional support before embarking on intense physical activity and only use my plans as a guide to the structure of a marathon training plan. Always listen to your body and go at your own ability.
